I have my fingers crossed that friends of mine who have been stranded or delayed by the volcanic activity in Iceland will beginning traveling again today. It made me wonder what the fall-out will be (sorry, pun intended) from this unprecedented event. It seems like a good time to explore communication systems that don't require physical travel, including video conferencing and the like.
